You use Hella Hangers at your own risk.  The product is to be used as-is without warranty of any kind, express or implied.  No information obtained (oral or written) by you from Hella Hangers shall create any warranty. 

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hella Hangers against any damages and/or personal injury as a result of use or misuse of our products.

Limits of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will Hella Hangers be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, consequential, special, or exemplary damages of any kind.  In no event shall Hella Hangers’ (Staso LLC’s) liability for direct damages be in excess of (in the aggregate) one hundred U.S. dollars ($100.00).
